Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g cherry(s), pitted (e.g. heart cherries)
- 100 ml Amaretto
- 250 g gelling sugar, 2:1
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 dashes bitter almond flavoring
- 1 dashes flavoring (vanilla flavor)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a tall saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, then puree. Place a teaspoonful onto a cold plate to test for settling. Once the jam has set, pour it into cold, rinsed jars. Screw the jars shut immediately. If you don’t like your jam too set, you can add a little more Amaretto, if desired.
