Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s), ripe
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, wash and pit the plums, then chop them into small pieces. Place them in a saucepan, blend thoroughly, and add the lemon juice and preserving sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. The fruit mixture should simmer for about 4-5 minutes, then season with cinnamon to taste. While still hot, pour into prepared and hot-rinsed jars. Seal immediately and turn upside down. Let cool thoroughly.
