Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar applesauce, approx. 500 g
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of amaretti biscuits, approx. 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and tasty

Place 3/4 of the amaretti biscuits in a plastic bag, seal, and crumble with a rolling pin. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Then layer everything in a glass bowl, alternating layers of applesauce, cream, and amaretti biscuits. Finally, decorate with the remaining amaretti biscuits.
