Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar yogurt, large
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 3 tbsp rum or brandy
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 3 sheets of white gelatin
  • 2 sheets of red gelatin
  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • Chocolate, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk together the yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice on a hand mixer, then add the rum and milk. Dissolve the softened gelatin on the stovetop (or in the microwave), stir in gently, and refrigerate. When the mixture begins to set, stir in 1/8 cup of whipped cream. Garnish with the remaining whipped cream and some chocolate shavings.
