Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 160 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 pinch(s) cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 3 bananas
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 120 ml milk
- 3 tsp baking powder
Instructions

Put the butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and beat with the whisk of an electric hand mixer for about 3 minutes. Gradually add the eggs and mix thoroughly. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix in. Mash the bananas with your hands and knead them into the very firm cake batter with the walnuts. Now slowly, gradually stir in enough milk until the batter reaches a soft consistency that is neither too firm nor too runny. Pour the batter into a buttered loaf pan, smooth it out and bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for 45-55 minutes. Carefully turn the banana bread out of the pan and let it cool slightly on a wire rack. The bread tastes best served slightly warm.
