Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 slices of white bread
  • 5 eggs
  • Condensed milk
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Syrup (maple syrup)
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat eggs with a little canned milk and a pinch of sugar and place in a shallow bowl or plate. Dip the white bread into the egg on both sides to ensure it soaks up the egg. Fry it in a little butter on both sides. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup. Tastes authentically Canadian 🙂
