Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g butter, soft
- 220 g sugar, brown
- 100 g sugar, white
- 300 g flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 450 g chocolate decoration (chocolate drops), dark
- Fat, for the shape

Preheat oven to 190°C (bottom heat if possible, otherwise top/bottom heat). Lightly grease a baking sheet or brownie pan (24×33 cm). In a bowl, cream the butter with a mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the two sugars, continuing to beat. Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer for a total of 8 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well. Then stir in the vanilla extract. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing at low speed. Mix everything well. Now fold in the chocolate chips, preferably with a wooden spoon. Pour the batter into the pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes; the blondies should be golden brown. Remove the blondies from the oven and let them cool in the pan on a wire rack. Once cooled, the blondies can be sliced.
