Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml oil
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp, levelled lemon juice or lemon juice concentrate
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard
- ½ tsp, leveled salt
- 3 tbsp, heaped ketchup, light
- 1 tbsp, levelled lemon juice or lemon juice concentrate
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 dashes liquid sweetener

For the mayonnaise, combine the oil, egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in the blender jar that fits your hand blender. Place the blender all the way into the jar, making sure it’s touching the bottom. Turn on the blender and slowly pull it upwards until no more oil is visible. For the American dressing, add the ketchup, lemon juice, and curry powder to the mayonnaise. Blend with the blender and season with salt, pepper, and liquid sweetener. If the dressing is too thick, add 4-6 tablespoons of water and whisk.
