Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 200 g flour (rye flour)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 450 g buttermilk
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 25 g peppercorns, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Recipe for the bread maker

Warm the buttermilk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it. Add the liquid ingredients to the bread maker before the solid ingredients. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
