Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 g sugar
- 5 tbsp water
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Caramelize the sugar in a pan with 5 tablespoons of water over medium heat. Deglaze the light brown caramel with the whipped cream and stir to dissolve. Allow the sauce to thicken and finally stir in 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar. Serve with desserts or cakes of your choice.
