Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 pinch of garlic granules
- Salt
- 6 large potatoes
Instructions

Marinated, baked potato sticks
Wash and brush the potatoes thoroughly, as they will be prepared with the skin on. Cut into sticks or wedges. Combine both oils in a bowl, add the potatoes, and toss until all are coated. Add the seasonings and toss again until all the seasonings are evenly distributed. Spread the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with the remaining marinade and bake at 190°C (375°F), Gas Mark 4, until crisp and brown. A fiery hot sauce goes well with these American potato sticks.
