Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 80 g chocolate, milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes well with ice cream or pudding

Bring the milk, vanilla sugar, and sugar to a boil. Stir in the cocoa powder until dissolved. Then dissolve the chocolate, stirring constantly. The chocolate sauce is ready.
