Andi's "divine" fruit salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 nectarines or peaches
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • possibly fruit, other (according to your taste)
  • 120 g honey
  • 4 tbsp syrup (raspberry syrup)
  • 100 ml apricot juice (or juice from a can)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with quark and cream cheese

Mix the quark, cream cheese, juice, syrup, and honey well. Drain the mandarins, pit the nectarines or peaches, chop them, and fold them into the cream. Pour into dessert glasses, garnish, and refrigerate.
