Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 45 g chili oil
- 45 g ketchup
- 40 g horseradish, (cream)
- 40 g mustard
- 10 g honey
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper (white)
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp garlic granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
with creamed horseradish
Mix the spices separately in a bag. Pour the chili oil into a tall mug. Add the mustard, ketchup, honey, and horseradish, mix well, and then stir in the seasoning mix. Brush the meat thickly with it and let it marinate for a few hours.
