Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 120 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
for cream cakes
Whisk together oil, water, eggs, vinegar, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then stir in the flour and baking powder mixture thoroughly and pour the batter into a springform pan. Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 15 minutes. (Do the toothpick test.)
