Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 300 g cane sugar
  • 300 g butter (soft)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp syrup (caramel syrup, recipe is in my profile) (if you like you can use more)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 serving of cake icing, whole milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

your own creation with caramel syrup

Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in the eggs, milk, and caramel syrup. Mix the baking powder, salt, and flour together and stir in the flour. Pour everything into a 24 cm diameter springform pan and bake at 180°C for about 60-65 minutes. (Test with a skewer if done). Let cool in the pan, then turn out and let cool completely. Cover with the glaze.
