Andi's Strawberry Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2 : 1)
  • 3 cl Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Jam with Amaretto and fruit pieces

Wash and hull the strawberries. Puree 900g of them and cut the rest into small pieces. Cook the strawberry puree with the gelling sugar according to the instructions. After 5 minutes of cooking, add the strawberry pieces and the Amaretto and fill jam jars.
