Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 bag(s) of cream powder (Paradise Cream Stracciatella)
- 300 ml milk
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g almonds (chopped)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dessert, conjured with 200 g strawberries
Wash and hull the strawberries, and puree them with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the paradise cream according to the instructions. Stir in the mascarpone and almonds. Take 200 g of this mixture and mix it with the strawberry puree (reserve 4 tablespoons for decoration). Layer the strawberries into glasses, ending with the white ones. Top each with 1 tablespoon of strawberry puree and draw a sunburst shape with a toothpick. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
