Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s) , (collect juice)
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g honey
  • 5 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¼ liter peach juice from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dessert with quark

Mix together the quark, honey, cream cheese, and canned juice. Cut the peaches into small pieces, fold in, and fill dessert glasses. Garnish with a little more and refrigerate until ready to serve.
