Andy’s Chicken Salad

The perfect andy’s chicken salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Iceberg lettuce fresh
  • 500 g Fresh chicken breast
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pinch Coarse salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 shot Salad dressing
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Clean the chicken breast and cut into strips, then fry in a little oil. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  1. Remove the fried chicken strips from the pan and set aside in a bowl. Wipe the pan and brown the mushrooms in a little oil.
  1. Wash the lettuce, pluck it into bite-sized pieces and distribute it on the plates. When the mushrooms are well browned, add the chicken strips to the mushrooms to warm up and season with salt and pepper.
  1. Place the chicken strips and mushrooms on top of the salad and add a little dressing (whatever you like, e.g. basil, yogurt or garlic). Then rub a little Parmesan on top. Bon Appetit.
