Andy’s Chicken Salad
The perfect andy’s chicken salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Iceberg lettuce fresh
- 500 g Fresh chicken breast
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- 1 pinch Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 shot Salad dressing
- 1 pinch Freshly grated Parmesan
- Clean the chicken breast and cut into strips, then fry in a little oil. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Remove the fried chicken strips from the pan and set aside in a bowl. Wipe the pan and brown the mushrooms in a little oil.
- Wash the lettuce, pluck it into bite-sized pieces and distribute it on the plates. When the mushrooms are well browned, add the chicken strips to the mushrooms to warm up and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken strips and mushrooms on top of the salad and add a little dressing (whatever you like, e.g. basil, yogurt or garlic). Then rub a little Parmesan on top. Bon Appetit.
