quick and easy

First, I cut all the vegetables into small cubes. Then, I add a little olive oil to a pan and sauté the onions. I then press in the three cloves of garlic. Then, I add the tomatoes. After simmering for one to two minutes, I add the zucchini and the thawed seafood and let everything simmer on medium heat for five minutes. Then, I deglaze with a splash of white wine and stir in the chopped chili. Let everything simmer for a while and serve. This goes well with pasta or a garlic baguette.
