Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar morello cherries (net 350 g)
  • 250 g mascarpone (alternatively quark)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, juice and grated zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the cherries. Set aside 4 cherries and finely purée the remaining fruit. Whip the mascarpone with yogurt, sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and a little lemon zest until creamy, then stir in the cherry purée. Divide the cream among 4 glasses and serve garnished with a cherry in each.
