Apple – cinnamon – puff pastry parcels

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • 1 pc. puff pastry
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven according to package instructions. Peel apples and cut into small pieces. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into eight equal squares. Place the apple pieces in the center of each square and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Fold the squares together with opposite corners and press firmly. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper on the second rack from the bottom of the oven. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown.
