Angy's Christmas almond sugar

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 105 g ground almonds, natural
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp clove powder
  • ¼ tsp coriander, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toast 70g of ground almonds in a non-stick pan, let cool, and mix with the remaining ground almonds. Finely grind 3/4 of the almonds with the sugar and the remaining spices in a grinder or blender and mix with the remaining almonds. Storage: Store in an airtight jar, the almond sugar will keep for about 4 weeks. Tastes great on rice pudding, in hot chocolate, or on apple pie!
