  • 200 g white sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), whole
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • ¼ nutmeg
  • 5 grains of allspice
  • 1 orange(s), unsprayed, peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely grind the spices, mix with the orange zest and sugar. Leave uncovered to dry. Mix again and fill into prepared bags or jars.
