Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 140 g sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ¼ tsp clove powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp anise powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely grind all ingredients in a grinder or blender (please be careful, as the grinder gets hot/warm, as the chocolate will melt) and pour into a shaker. Use: Tastes great over rice pudding or semolina porridge. Add 1-2 teaspoons of the white Christmas chocolate to a mug of hot milk, stir well, and enjoy hot. Tip: If you don’t like anise, you can omit it.
