Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 250 ml water
- Seeds (anise seeds), amount approx. 1 tea egg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the sugar in a saucepan; it shouldn’t get too brown. Remove the pan from the heat, then add a little water and stir. Then carefully deglaze with more water, stir, and bring to a boil so that the hardened caramel dissolves. Pour the aniseed into a tea strainer and add it. Simmer gently for 20 minutes. Bottle the finished syrup. It’s delicious not only in drinks, but also on semolina pudding or cappuccino milk foam, for example.
