Anja's spaghetti pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • oregano
  • 125 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until tender. Slice the ham into thin strips. Slice the leek into rings. Toss the spaghetti in the margarine and mix in the leek, cheese, and ham. Transfer everything to a greased baking dish and arrange the tomato pieces on top. Whisk the eggs with cream, salt, pepper, and oregano and pour over the pasta. Bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
