Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 150 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g desiccated coconut
- 125 g margarine or butter, liquid
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 jar applesauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For 12 pieces
I use a standard coffee cup as the cup measure. Make a batter with oil, milk, sugar, flour, baking powder, and eggs. For the crumble, combine the coconut flakes, margarine, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet, spread a jar of applesauce on top, and top with the crumble. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
