  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp salad mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well with a spoon, season the sour cream with salt, pepper, and sugar. 293 kcal per serving.
