Annis One-pot Pasta

The perfect annis one-pot pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pasta penne
  • Salt
  • 100 g Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g Chicken fillets
  • 150 g Mushrooms brown
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 200 g Cream
  • 2 tsp Chilli from the mill
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 tbsp Chicken broth instant
  1. Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into cubes. Remove the tomatoes from the tomato oil and cut into quarters. Also quarter the mushrooms depending on their size. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  2. Heat 4 tablespoons of the tomato oil in a large pan. Fry the meat until golden brown, turning it occasionally. Fry the tomatoes and mushrooms briefly. Then add onion cubes and sauté with them. Stir in tomato paste. Season with chicken stock, chilli, salt, pepper and oregano. Pour in the cream and 1 liter of hot water.
  3. Add the pasta. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Stir in between. Dice the mozzarella and fold into the pasta. Melt the mozzarella in the pasta pan for another 5 minutes. To taste.
