One-pot Pasta La Ari

The perfect one-pot pasta la ari recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Spaghetti
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Stock cube
  • Butter
  • Parmesan
  • Curry
  • Oregano, marjoram
  • Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli Flake
  • Frozen herbs
  • Basil
  1. Chop the vegetables and garlic.
  2. Put everything in a saucepan (except the cream, which comes in shortly before the end). I left a rind of Parmesan to simmer. Then fill up with water. I had a little too much water, so I later took some of the delicious liquid off to use it for something else later.
  3. Let it boil once and then just let it simmer. I have partly estimated the quantities given, but everyone does it according to their own taste.
  4. Stir again and again in between! I would not choose the spaghetti thinner than number 5, otherwise it would be done too quickly and the sauce would not be able to simmer long enough.
