Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g ready-made mix (gluten-free flour mix for cakes)
- 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the eggs, margarine, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Then fold in the chocolate sprinkles and walnuts. Spread the batter onto a small baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Tip: I decorate the cake with a glaze made from powdered sugar, lemon juice, and a little water.
