Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 portions of cucumber(s) (pickled quick cucumbers, at least 1 day old)
- 3 m.-sized jacket potatoes, from the previous day
- some milk
- Ham, diced or small crispy fried meatballs
- possibly herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
originated when we ate boiled potatoes and cucumber salad
Slice the potatoes and blanch them in milk. Once cooled, discard the milk. Mix with the cucumbers (just a little of the sauce), adding tarragon and/or dill if desired. Serve with the ham cubes (meatballs).
