Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 4 eggs, separated
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g butter
- 100 g flour, all-purpose
- 100 g potato flour
- ½ pack baking powder, 8 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk together egg yolks, butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in the flour, chocolate sprinkles, and baking powder mixture, and finally fold in the egg whites. Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake for 1 hour at about 170°C. My little daughter Lisa is always thrilled because the ants like the Bundt cake, too. It looks funny, too.
