  • 320 g Whole bread / 4 slices
  • 40 ml Oil
  • 32 g Mustard
  • 320 g Appenzell cheese
  • 4 piece Half of the pear cooked
  • 240 g Slices of bacon
  • Raclett Spice Bruno from my KB
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees
  1. Cut bread into 1 cm thick slices
  1. Stir the mustard and oil until smooth and spread a thin layer on the bread slices
  1. Place cheese on top, pear half and cover with bacon and season
  1. Bake about 25 until the cheese runs
