Appenzeller Style Cheese Slices
The perfect appenzeller style cheese slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 320 g Whole bread / 4 slices
- 40 ml Oil
- 32 g Mustard
- 320 g Appenzell cheese
- 4 piece Half of the pear cooked
- 240 g Slices of bacon
- Raclett Spice Bruno from my KB
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees
- Cut bread into 1 cm thick slices
- Stir the mustard and oil until smooth and spread a thin layer on the bread slices
- Place cheese on top, pear half and cover with bacon and season
- Bake about 25 until the cheese runs
