Zucchini and Apple Salad

The perfect zucchini and apple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Zucchini
  • 2 Apples
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Onion red
  • 75 ml Vegetable broth
  • 75 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 75 ml Linseed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Lettuce leaves for garnish
  1. Clean the zucchini, wash and cut into fine cubes, fry briefly in hot fat and allow to cool. Peel, core and dice the apples. Halve tomatoes. Finely dice the onion. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix the vegetable stock with balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar, then stir in the linseed oil. Mix the dressing with the salad and let it steep for a moment. Serve with lettuce leaves. Enjoy your meal!
