Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients. After chilling, roll out the dough on a floured work surface and line a springform pan with it. Pull the dough up about 3 cm at the edges. Drizzle the peeled, quartered, and cored apples with lemon juice and arrange them in a ring on the dough. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and grated lemon zest until fluffy. Add the flour and mix in. Whip the cream until stiff peaks and fold into the mixture. Spoon this mixture onto the apples and spread evenly. Sprinkle with sugar and almonds. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 60 minutes, then let cool in the pan.
