Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter, soft
- 100 ml milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g almonds, sliced
- Apple
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

particularly delicious and fruity, for approx. 16 pieces
Preheat oven to 180°C to 200°C. Finely grate the apple. Mix together the sugar, eggs, softened butter, milk, vanilla sugar, and grated apple. Add the flour and baking powder and fold in briefly. Finally, add the sliced almonds and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour the batter into prepared muffin cups. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes. This should make enough for 16 muffins (if not more). Caution: Don’t overfill the cups, or the batter will overflow during baking.
