Wok-steamed apples with cinnamon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • Cloves, ground
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into wedges. Sauté the spices in the butter and stir in the apple slices. Continue stirring. Stir in the honey and serve the dessert warm with vanilla ice cream.
