Apple and Orange Smoothie with Cinnamon & Salted Caramel

The perfect apple and orange smoothie with cinnamon & salted caramel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the smoothie

  • 2 size Apples
  • 250 ml Orange juice
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 200 ml Cream

For the caramel

  • 1 Cup Cane sugar
  • 0,5 Cup White sugar
  • 4 tsp Butter
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 1,5 tsp Vanilla extract
  1. Put all smoothie ingredients except the cream in the blender and mix everything well.
  2. Now stir in half of the cream. Whip the rest of the cream and use it as a topping.
  3. For the caramel, reduce the butter and sugar together for about 6 minutes on a medium heat. Then add the salt and vanilla extract. Let everything cook until the sugar has dissolved and caramelized slightly – stir again and again.
  4. Arrange everything in one glass and enjoy!
