Apple and Orange Smoothie with Cinnamon & Salted Caramel
The perfect apple and orange smoothie with cinnamon & salted caramel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the smoothie
- 2 size Apples
- 250 ml Orange juice
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 200 ml Cream
For the caramel
- 1 Cup Cane sugar
- 0,5 Cup White sugar
- 4 tsp Butter
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 1,5 tsp Vanilla extract
- Put all smoothie ingredients except the cream in the blender and mix everything well.
- Now stir in half of the cream. Whip the rest of the cream and use it as a topping.
- For the caramel, reduce the butter and sugar together for about 6 minutes on a medium heat. Then add the salt and vanilla extract. Let everything cook until the sugar has dissolved and caramelized slightly – stir again and again.
- Arrange everything in one glass and enjoy!
