Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pc. Cabbage
  • 5 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon Salt
  • 5 tablespoon Pepper
  • 5 tablespoon Tart apples

Instructions
 

  • First you have to cut the pointed cabbage in half and cut out the stalk.
  • Then cut the pointed cabbage into very fine strips.
  • Season to taste with the olive oil, salt and pepper and let steep.
  • Finally add the apple pieces and mix the salad well. Good Appetite!
