Ingredients
- 1 Pc. Cabbage
- 5 tablespoon Olive oil
- 5 tablespoon Salt
- 5 tablespoon Pepper
- 5 tablespoon Tart apples
Instructions
- First you have to cut the pointed cabbage in half and cut out the stalk.
- Then cut the pointed cabbage into very fine strips.
- Season to taste with the olive oil, salt and pepper and let steep.
- Finally add the apple pieces and mix the salad well. Good Appetite!
