Pointed Cabbage Tarte Flambée

- 0,5 Pc. Cabbage
- 2 Pc. Red onions
- 1 package Flammkuchenteig
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- First, the pointed cabbage needs to be cleaned, then quarter it and remove the stalk. Then cut the pointed cabbage into very thin slices.
- Then peel the onions and cut into thin rings.
- Roll out the tarte flambée dough with the paper on a baking sheet and brush with the creme fraîche.
- Spread the pointed cabbage, red onions and diced bacon on top.
- Lightly salt and pepper.
