Pointed Cabbage Tarte Flambée

The perfect pointed cabbage tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Pc. Cabbage
  • 2 Pc. Red onions
  • 1 package Flammkuchenteig
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 g Bacon cubes
  1. First, the pointed cabbage needs to be cleaned, then quarter it and remove the stalk. Then cut the pointed cabbage into very thin slices.
  2. Then peel the onions and cut into thin rings.
  3. Roll out the tarte flambée dough with the paper on a baking sheet and brush with the creme fraîche.
  4. Spread the pointed cabbage, red onions and diced bacon on top.
  5. Lightly salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 220 degrees. Good Appetite!
