Snack: Mama Gisela’s Breast Meat

- 800 g Pig breast (nipple) fresh
- 4 piece Clove of garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Ground caraway
- Mustard medium hot

preparation
- 1) Wash and dab the meat 2) Press the garlic into the olive oil, let it sit briefly 3) Lay out the meat on baking paper 4) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air

- 1) Brush the meat on the top with the garlic oil, season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds 2) TURN the meat – this is how it braises in the oil! 3) Brush the (new) top with mustard, season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper
Grill
- 1) Roast in the oven for about 40-50 minutes, turning occasionally. (Attention! The meat is then very dark and crispy, just as I like it. If you want the meat a little softer and lighter, you should reduce the time in the oven).
