Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 medium-sized sweet apple, 150 g
  • 1 slice(s) lime(s), juice
  • 50 g feta cheese made from cow’s milk
  • 1 tbsp Crema di Balsamic vinegar (strawberry flavor)

Cut the unpeeled apple into eighths. Core the apple slices. Quarter each slice. Place the apple pieces in a small bowl and drizzle with lime juice. Pat the feta dry with kitchen paper, dice it or crumble it with a fork, and spread it on top. Finish with balsamic vinegar. The result tastes great with coffee, sparkling wine, cognac, or brandy.
