Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g spelt flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 225 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
- 100 ml rapeseed oil, cold squeezed
- 150 g muesli (fruit muesli)
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
vegan, makes 12 pieces.
Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Knead all ingredients except the muesli. Knead the muesli into the prepared dough. Form the dough into 12 rolls and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. These rolls are ideal for a food combining breakfast. Very tasty, but definitely not suitable for a diet: Replace the fruit muesli with chocolate muesli.
