Ingredients for 14 servings:

  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 8 eggs
  • 400 g sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 ml lemonade (lemon spritzer)
  • 1 orange(s), untreated, zest
  • 250 g butter or margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, egg, sugar, milk, lemon juice, orange zest, and melted butter or margarine, one at a time, to form a batter. Bake waffles one at a time in a waffle iron. This batter can be refrigerated for 2-3 days.
