Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl water
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks
- 1 ½ kg apple
- oil
- cinnamon sugar
Instructions

Whisk flour, salt, milk, water, and egg yolks into a smooth batter. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Peel and slice the apples. Core and core apples to create apple rings. Dip these rings into the batter and fry in batches in hot oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve hot. Serve with warm vanilla sauce.
