Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml Calvados
  • ¾ liter apple juice, clear
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • possibly cream, whipped
  • some cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Winter punch that tastes good especially in old age

Peel the lemon zest in a spiral shape and squeeze the lemon juice. Heat the apple juice, Calvados, lemon juice, lemon twist, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Pour the hot punch into tea glasses. If you like, top with a dollop of whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.
