Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 2 cans of peaches
- 200 g flour
- 120 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir in. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet and top with the peach slices. Make a crumble from the flour, butter, and sugar and sprinkle it on top of the peaches. Bake the cake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
